No. 9 - Sitting Plenty Series, "Nobody's Perfect"

Artist Statement: My Sitting Plenty figures embody self-love, body positivity, and anti-bullying. 
 
Handwritten note: “Nobody wants you to be perfect but you.” We are often our own worst critics, chasing an unattainable idea of perfection. But God doesn’t ask us to be perfect — He calls us to be ourselves. You are enough as you are. 
 
Interestingly, others don’t want you to be perfect either, because your perfection might be seen as a threat to their own insecurities. So, “Nobody wants you to be perfect… but you.”
